It was included on the Church Stretton to Brecon levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on N.W. face of building, at Hopesay, S.E. from junction of road to Redlane.

Had good look round village, but no sign of FB, although several buildings have undergone recent conversions. SO 403749.

1890 map shows 544ft BM at jct & Red Lane as house at 393834). Cut BM on SW cnr W face of The Granary, FB not found.
