This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 668.3080 feet [203.7003 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Church Stretton to Brecon levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on wall, S.E. side of cross roads, Troed-yr-harn.

Logged on 26th April 2006 by superswifteagle. Grid reference: SO 06922 30225. Condition: Probably destroyed.
My map shows a BM at SO 06922 30225 i.e. on the wall in front of the house, where a line projected along the SW-NE face would cut the wall. That makes it SW of the crossroads if anything (i.e. in the southern notch of the X). Couldn't see anything in passing but it could be buried I suppose - needs another look.
