The given GR is in a field 400m S of where the motel actually stands, in the fork of the B1247 from the A1079, and still labelled Southmoor House at the 1:25000 scale. The motel is entirely rendered and yellow so the FB is probably gone.

Motel: owner confirmed it used to be Southmoor House: no sign of FB - I wasn't the first to look it seems.
