This fundamental bench mark was used during the Second geodetic levelling, Scotland, and was levelled with a height of 31.1191 feet [9.4851 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Loch Leven to Bridge of Orchy and Spean Bridge to Loch Leven levelling lines.
Third Geodetic Levelling, Scotland (1956-68)
This fundamental bench mark was used during the Third geodetic levelling, Scotland, and was levelled with a height of 31.1191 feet [9.4851 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Connel to Loch Leven, Loch Leven to Spean Bridge and Loch Leven to Tobermory levelling lines.
