Second Geodetic Levelling, England & Wales (1912-21)
This fundamental bench mark was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 157.3450 feet [47.9588 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Navenby to Hibaldstow and Waltham on the Wolds to Navenby levelling lines.
Third Geodetic Levelling, England & Wales (1950-68)
This fundamental bench mark was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 157.3450 feet [47.9588 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Hibaldstow to Navenby, Navenby to Castor and Thornham to Navenby levelling lines.

I spotted this one on my car's satnav and stopped to look for it. But it took a while and, to me, it looked like it was a melted FBM as I could see the top and the side in one view.
Interested to hear what others have to say about it.

The FBM hasn't moved, but I think the Clearway sign has! There is a new combined road junction and Clearway sign which doesn't match the OS sketch. Mind you, it didn't help that I didn't have GPS with me.

Found easily with the aid of the OS sketch, though covered by vegetation. In excellent condition, though not the normal granite pillar type. Difficult to get a good GPS fix because of overhanging trees.
