Third Geodetic Levelling, England & Wales (1950-68)
This fundamental bench mark was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 739.8987 feet [225.5211 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Machynlleth to Trawsfynydd and Trawsfynydd to Caernarvon levelling lines.

I spotted something on the car's satnav and went to investigate. I found this FBM there, hidden amongst building machinery.

Found at the corner of a dry stone wall junction surrounded by rubble and junk.
