This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 57.9420 feet [17.6607 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). The surveyor's description was W face of "Old School", Snape, 4' from SW angle, N side of road.
Third Geodetic Levelling, England & Wales (1950-68)
This flush bracket was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales. It was included on the Whitton Green North to Ipswich levelling line.

Its there as described on the W face, half hidden by bush, but visible from the roadside. Definitely a private residence now.

Building still exists,but FB not visible from road.This needs further investigation when someone is about.Looks as though this has been converted into a private dwelling.New conservatory on E.face of building
