NE.quadrant of X rds(Tuns Road) is Necton Garden centre and the rest of the area is modern housing.Filling station and cafe on opp side of rd.No sign of an FB here.

LandLine: The Old Tuns shown NE quadrant of x-rds, no BM; manhole cover level 56.37m at x-rds, 56.6 spot ht W of x-rds. Worth a check now building is known (didn't look that old on site).
