Today it seemed more of a creamy yellow or maybe cream or possibly magnolia, or even white with a touch of septic rice pudding and a hint of recalcitrant haggis (since Burns night beckons, but not to me). Or maybe just a trick of fading light tainted by the reflection of a luminous waistcoat. Elasticated, of course.
