NE face, 12' from NW end of Borlum Bridge, SW side of road [2GL]; SW parapet of Borlum Bridge, 4.5m E from wall - reported 05/1996 as "parapet rebuilt and Flush Bracket repositioned" - Flush bracket on N.E. face, N.W. end of Borlum Bridge.
