Second Geodetic Levelling, Scotland (1936-52)
This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, Scotland, and was levelled with a height of 483.2430 feet [147.2925 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Spean Bridge to Dalwhinnie levelling line. The surveyor's description was NW face of railway bridge, 9' SW from NE end, SE side of road.

Old metal parapets. I gave up on this one, but since the OS found it in 1975, and all looks older than that, I wonder if it is still hiding railside.
