This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 292.8950 feet [89.2744 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Buntingford to Clare levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on wall at Lodge Farm, Entrance to Debden Park.

Visited on 9th March 2008 by RHW. Grid reference: TL 5504 3397. Condition: Probably destroyed.
The only wall is S side of road, W side of entrance. Could be buried, but happy to go with OS recorded status.
