Logged on 16th February 2008 by dal. Condition: Good.
After a few fruitless prods into the thick vegatation of the verge cum hedge, I noticed what looked like a concrete edge. Excavation revealed it was the concrete block with the Bolt. I left the Bolt clear, but I suspect it will get re-buried.
