Visited on 8th January 2005 by Calico. Condition: Good.
On E of pair of semi-detatched houses (172) on E side of Chestnut Grove. Lady of house friendly and explained it had been moved to new extention 'at exactly the right height'. Exact by OS standards? I doubt it.
