It was included on the Melbourne to Nuneaton levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on cottages, N.E. side of road, 5 chains S.W. [sic] from cross roads, Gilsmoor.

Gelsmoor, The Cottage, SE face at S corner, NE side of Gelsmoor Road, about 100m SE (not SW as given in 2GL description) of former crossroads. BM 105.05m on LandLine. Not visible from road. Lightly rendered over, but still counts as good condition.

description (NE side of road) doesn't quite fit: old cottage SE side of road (at Gelsmoor) with no way in; NW side of road are new houses. Couldn't find FB on Inn either.
