This flush bracket was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales. It was included on the Haverfordwest to Cardigan levelling line. The surveyor's description was SE face of L.B., NW side of road, Crossway.

Logged on 31st May 2007 by superswifteagle. Condition: Destroyed.
No sign of letter box or FB. I'm sure Mastermap (2000?) showed the pillar and FB, but it doesn't seem to now. No obvious sign on the ground of where it might have been. Mind, it was getting dark so I might have missed something! 23/9/2007 - Had a close look at the wall. No sign of FB. Concrete square in pavement where post box pillar might have been. Gone anyway
