Estimated co-ordinates SP 3790 9542 led to the entrance to a recreation ground. Found out from a passing local resident that there had once been a cottage there which was demolished (sometime since c.1970). Houses to west are all too new; cottages to the east (#17 and #19) are of suitable age but rendered.

visited 17 Main St - rendered, owner knew nothing. Other houses there are too new.
