This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 275.6660 feet [84.0230 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Hawick to Kelso levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on W. face of stables, Jedneuk, Bonjedward.

Visited on 10th April 2010 by agentmancuso. Condition: Destroyed.
Nothing on W side of road. Might just refer to the outbuilding on E side, down below eye level, but the end of that has been well harled anyway.

Visited on 15th September 2004 by clochandighter. Grid reference: NT 656 233. Condition: Destroyed.
Building not found, presumed demolished before 3GL levelling. FB possibly replaced by nearby G2047.
