It was included on the Hibaldstow to Matlock levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on N.W. corner of New House, Church Road, Market Warsop.

Two new houses built within past couple of years to rear of original house; garage has been demolished to provide access. No sign of FB.

Visited on 8th February 2006 by Erewash. Grid reference: SK 567 681. Condition: Probably destroyed.
GPS suggests corner of newer house. No sign- driveway may be higher than previous level

Visited on 20th August 2004 by RodS. Condition: Couldn't find it.
Area visited before precise location of FB was known. Did not spot FB, but was looking on the corner of the house rather than the corner of the garage, which is now known to have been the location of the FB.
