drain channel/access port full of sand. Dug out to get clearer view of FB number

Still there. Had to clear grit out drain.

Bottom half buried; top half obscured by a tuft of grass. Pulled at the grass and a chunk of earth came away revealing the lower part of the FB sitting in a drainage channel.
