This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 110.5020 feet [33.6810 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Windsor Castle to Wallingford levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on N.E. side of Craufurd Bridge, Norfolk Road.

Visited on 10th December 2010 by RogerTempleman. Condition: Destroyed.
I couldn't see a FB, but there is a cut mark on the opposite side of the road.

Visited on 4th October 2006 by Calico. Condition: Probably destroyed.
Not found. Brickwork on N side of bridge looks much newer than that on S side. Road widened at some stage and fb destroyed?
