Building is now occupied but still in the process of being renovated. The householder very kindly helped me move scaffolding and other detritus to access and photograph the bracket. Everything then replaced. Will be a very small but cosy dwelling once completed. Remains in good condition, inserted into brickwork.

Building seems to be have recently been converted into a private house (with a large static caravan in the garden). Didn't want to venture on what is private land and there was no one around, but there's no reason why the FB shouldn't still be intact.

Building is still derelict. As has been pointed out, the FB is on the east face.
