Flush Bracket on W. face of E. battlement of bridge, N. end of Hall Street [2GL] - FB reported destroyed 14/01/1969. LL: only BM is ef of W ppt, 6.4m S of bank.

It was included on the Clare to Ipswich levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on W. face of E. battlement of bridge, N. end of Hall Street.

Unless the soil level is higher now,then I would think this FB has met it's maker.Brickwork looks in too good a condition for the age of the bridge.Suspect a rebuild at sometime.
