Pulford Bridge, streamside, SW buttress i.e. on the Welsh side

As described this is on the west side of the west parapet, which is on the 'wrong' side of the wall, away from the road. It is on the large end stone of the main bridge structure, ignoring the continuing low stone wall, which is of a different style. It is possible to see the bracket by leaning over the wall, or it is only a three foot drop onto the bank on the other side. However, it is a much longer drop into Pulford Brook if you are in the wrong place! See photo on Geograph: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1461127
