found as described by previous log, half covered by asphalt path with the exposed top half of FB painted white. height is accessible but not with a bracket!

Visited on 1st January 2011 by dal. Condition: Slightly damaged.
A footpath has been constructed since RHW's visit. This has obscured the bottom half of the FB. OS just visible.

S end of W face of E side of railway bridge arch, roadside. No footway, on bend, fairly busy road
