It was included on the Hemel Hempstead to Windsor Castle levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on GWR bridge, Uxbridge Road.

Not sure about the GWR bridge. Could be what remains as what looks like railway bridge piers just up from the current Uxbridge road flyover which is new. No access to railway
