It was included on the Hemel Hempstead to Windsor Castle levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on wall, corner of Chalvey Park Road.

N. corner of Chalvey Park Road has a new tower block, S. corner has a 1960s police station. No sign of FB. Probably gone.
