Followed ted's advice and peered over the parapet edge: the FB is about one foot below pavement level, and the bushes are growing thicker!

SE face of SE "parapet", 2m from SE end, on concrete, below road level. In bushes: easy to miss. The OS 2m measurement is fairly exact.

SE parapet; between 2nd and 3rd metal posts from the K.S. side, facing river. Below pavement level and obscured by bushes. Awkward to reach via river bank - easier to climb over railings.
