It was included on the Daresbury to Wrexham levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on face of sunk wall at junction of roads, near disused Carbon Works.

I would guess that 60 years of drainage clearance and improvement (this point is the lowest) will have done for this one.

Visited on 24th December 2008 by superswifteagle. Condition: Probably destroyed.
Factory building (large chimney) on N side of road just W of junction. No sign of "sunk wall" and no sign of FB. Nice cut mark on the house in NW quadrant of junction
