The current house was built in the early 1970s, completely enclosing the original cottage (much of which remains intact, but still 'inside' the new house) FB was relocated to the new brickwork at the time, hence Repositioned on Site, and no longer reliable as a datum. Middle of E gable, visible from road, 5m back, through hedge after an unpleasant walk S along the busy A49 from the minor road junction.
