This flush bracket was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales. It was included on the Carmarthen to Haverfordwest levelling line.

St Michael's Church, immediately adjacent busy A40. Church built 1848 after the medieval St Michael's church 2 miles South was abandoned. Found the in-filled cut mark on same face as this FB. It's not in OS database so unsure of its origins. Photos at:

There is a cut mark close by which looks to have been filled in as if to show that it has been replaced by the FB.

At the described location. The spire of the church was used by OS as an Intersected Station. Nothing further to add other than to confirm that it is still there and in good condition.
