It would help if the description gave the side of the road. Close to the GR is the Plough Inn and I thought I detected the bottom inch or so of a FB below a wooden board covering some cables but after firtling with my fingers whilst pretending to tie my laces I'm not so sure. Anyway this is on the SE face of the pub. There is no FB that I could see on the NE face. It could have been where the garage on the SE side of the road is or where the bus station is which is labelled Swan Ct Cotts on MasterMap.
