NBM OSBM BOLT BR PARA SE SIDE RD 7.2M NE C STR - new in 1980?; probably replacement for nearby 3GL OSBM Bolt.

Parapets look to have been shortened and the bolt, if its there, will be on grown over parapet base. I only looked at the top of existing parapet.
