Agree with Rod S.Landline BM.refers to cut BM.on road side (B5017),garden brick wall,east end-last pier.

Took a quick look at Paradise Farm - no sign of FB. Relevant building probably demolished. BM 140.03m nearby on LandLine is presumably NOT the FB
