John T's description and photo says it all. The establishment now Great Expectations Hotel & Bar - I wonder what the original Methodists make of that! The 0.3m above ground level refers to height above 4th step rather than street level.

Very unusual cut mark with uneven cuts. The centre vertical is very long and the diagonals do not match. Used as a 2GL side level. http://maps.jochta.com/benchmarks.php?id=12
