This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 322.1420 feet [98.1889 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Warwick to Daventry levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on E. face of cottages, The Nimrod, N. side of Oxford Canal.

Visited on 25th August 2005 by RHW. Condition: Probably destroyed.
E face of house rendered, spoke to owner, showed him a photo of a FB. He completed the rendering ~2003, saw nothing then, evidently already part-rendered before his time.
