Flush Bracket G385: Chessington, OS office

Spur 'U', OS compound, SW angle, W face - FB G385 was used in 1949 on an experimental levelling line from Rushett Common TP to Chessington TP, and was variously described as: "on W face, S angle of Spur U, O.S.O., Chessington"; "on W face, 1' from SW angle of Spur "U", O.S.O., Chessington"; "S face, 1' from SE angle, 4th block E. from W entrance to OSO Chessington" - approximate location only; not known whether FB G385 had previously been used at any other location - note that site of OS offices is evidently now Barwell Business Park.
