In situ, preserved when the building was rendered, but has subsequently been painted a couple of times. No answer at the doorbell when I rang, so I nipped through the gate and took http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3563262 quickly, then left.

Visited on 21st March 2007 by iainmac. Condition: Couldn't find it.
Lilac Cottage most likely but owner no knowledge of it.
