I couldn't see anything on the viewing platform. However, I have left the condition as unknown, because just up the steps there is a sheered off metal stub, which just could be the remains of the bolt. Were it an old fence post, I would expect it to be hollow, and there is nothing else like it around. It is just under 2.4m from one of the many wall angles. But I would have thought it would have been set in the level concrete? The concrete in which it is set is not of the normal bolt quality, it is not level and is starting to crack. Again I guess it is/was a transfer bolt on secondary line SW5.
