This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 17.3230 feet [5.2801 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the North Petherton to Flax Bourton levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on end of parapet of small bridge, 14 chains N.E. of Banwell Road Bridge.

Logged Visits
Visited on 15th July 2013 by droggy. Condition: Couldn't find it.
The original FB was probably on a previous footbridge over the railway line. A newer bridge now exists so I fear the FB has gone.
