It was included on the Thornford to Dorchester levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on E. face of ganger's hut, Crockway Farm.

There is a building at the grid ref but a security fence stops easy access. For the more adventurous or knowledgable of timetables about 50m east it becomes an easy fence.
