This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 33.2140 feet [10.1236 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the North Petherton to Flax Bourton (Axmouth to Perry Farm Branch) levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on N.E. angle of office, Hambridge Flour Mills and Brewery.

Visited on 3rd April 2014 by wrose. Grid reference: ST 39691 22340. Condition: Good.
Permission to look for it readily given at the office. At the described location. Once again extensive renovations being undertaken. Probably being turned into apartments. Even so the FB and although over-painted (white) is still there and in reasonably good condition.
