It was included on the North Petherton to Flax Bourton (Axmouth to Perry Farm Branch) levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on W. face of cottage at Water Works.

Visited on 12th May 2007 by LesC. Condition: Probably destroyed.
Cottage probably demolished. Reservoir House exists a bit further west but at wrong coordinates

Visited on 5th March 2006 by the_cheshire_cat. Grid reference: ST 2751 3790. Condition: Couldn't find it.
Not on building within old waterworks site, nor as far as I could see on adjacent house (but not all W face visible). Bungalow further W not investigated.
