Spotted and clearly read from the top deck of a No59 bus. Managed to get a blurred distant photograph from the single deck return bus. Also thought I spotted a recessed FB painted black on a harled pub in Stirling. Made a special detour in the evening to find the object in question was an old ventilation grill. Scoured Stirling on foot without any success this evening. GRP
