This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 331.5900 feet [101.0686 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Bromsgrove to Suckley levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on N.E. side of iron girder bridge over canal, 9 chains W. from Halfway House (B.H.).

I could not find this FB, but there was a FB shaped patch on the brickwork low down on the NE butress of the bridge, towpath side. The photo of the bridge seems to suggest the FB is up near the parapet on the non towpath side of the canal. Tricky!
