It was included on the Buckland to Sapperton levelling line. The surveyor's description was Bracket on S.E. end, N.E. battlement of railway bridge, Hailey Wood.

Peered down from the bridge but couldn't see it anywhere. There's half a chance it's hidden behind a strategically-placed weed growing by the easternmost extreme of the NE battlement, but for obvious reasons I couldn't get down there to check.
