Visited on 3rd January 2015 by Calico. Condition: Couldn't find it.
Couldn't find it despite digging out a lot of fallen conifer leaves under the hedge. Someone else may have better luck.

Burton Latimer: Windmill Cottage roadside wall. on former Cranford road: roadside stone wall outside house, set low. damaged by stone repairs, just recognisable as a FB but not legible: number from OS list
