This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 306.4850 feet [93.4166 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Greetland to Skipton levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on the White Lion Hotel, near Mytholmroyd Bridge.

Same story - W L Hotel still there N side of road S of canal, som,e rendering & alterations, seems to be either gone or inaccessible. Had a look around the church & other likely places for a replacement - no luck.

I can find no sign of a flush bracket anywhere on this property. One section of wall facing the Rochdale Canal has been screeded so the FB may be covered in cement.
