It was included on the Bromsgrove to Warwick levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on S.W. face of coach house, Yew Tree Cottage.

This flush bracket was used during the Third geodetic levelling, England & Wales. It was included on the Bromsgrove to Warwick levelling line.

Bear House Farm Mews extend for some distance along N side of road, buldings apparent mixture of refurbed and new and all rendered. Looked unpromising from entrance.
