This flush bracket was used during the Second geodetic levelling, England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 96.7810 feet [29.4988 metres] above mean sea level (Newlyn datum). It was included on the Carmarthen to Llandovery levelling line. The surveyor's description was Flush Bracket on S. face of stables at the New Inn, junction of roads, Nantgaredig.

Logged on 2nd April 2006 by superswifteagle. Condition: Probably destroyed.
The New Inn is now Y Glyn, a house on the N side of the A40. E part of this building looks later than the W, so maybe this is where the stables were. No sign of FB anyway
